The First Session of FOOD2CHINA Online Match Meeting (New South Wales Special) Ended Successfully
On September 25, IFA co-hosted the first session of FOOD2CHINA Online Match Meeting (New South Wales Special) together with the New South Wales Government Trade & Investment Guangzhou Office, Food Innovation Australia (FIAL) and FOOD2CHINA. IFA President Qi attended the online opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
The products in this match meeting include meats, nut cereals, coffees and tea, winse, baking, ice creams, cooking oils, organic foods, functional foods and so on. Food2China has invited more than 30 importers and dealers to conduct 88 one-to-one negotiation meetings with 16 NSW suppliers in Australia.
After the meeting, most buyers expressed their approval of this match meeting and they had intention to to make further communication and cooperation with the suppliers. Among them, Guangdong Greamax Food Co.,Ltd. has reached an initial agreement with the meat supplier, and was ready to place an order for a container of beef. Shenzhen Guangkai Suifeng Trading Co., Ltd. showed great interest in cooperating with the supplier of leisure foods, and the two sides are currently negotiating on product prices. Through this meeting, Guangzhou FLMDFOODS Co., Ltd. recontacted with meat suppliers and had the intention to conduct in-depth communication and cooperation.
The second session of FOOD2CHINA Online Match Meeting (New South Wales Special) will be held on October 21, 2020. There are 18 Australian suppliers from NSW for the second session, covering the following categories: seafood, leisure snacks, wine, honey, ice cream, baking, health food and energy drinks.
