IFA President was Invited to Attend the 2019 Greater China Xceleration Days

In order to promote and strengthen further pragmatic economic cooperation between China and Germany, and to accelerate cooperation and innovation between enterprises of the two countries, German Chamber of Commerce, as an official body in the German economic community, held the first "Greater China Xceleration Days" in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province —— the birthplace of reform and opening-up, on December 3-5, 2019.

On December 4th, Mr. Qi Yilong, president of Guangdong Imported Food Association, was invited to attend the meeting and met with Dr. Till Backhaus, minister of agriculture and environmental protection of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and Mr Frankie, vice president of Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Rostock. During the talks, president Qi exchanged views with the German side on food trade and economic development, and introduced the development situation of the association and Food2China platform. The German representatives expressed great interest in China's imported food market. They hoped to carry out in-depth cooperation with IFA and F2C Platform, and warmly invited president Qi to visit Germany to further discuss the future trend of food trade, so as to promote the economic and trade development between China and Germany.
