The Council Meeting of Guangdong Imported Food Association Has Come to A Successful Conclusion

The council meeting of Guangdong Imported Food Association was held in Guangzhou on September 3, 2020. The purpose of this meeting is to report on the work of the Association in the first half of 2020 and to elect the new council members.

At the beginning of the meeting, Guangdong Imported Food Association President Qi delivered a speech and reviewed the development of the Association since its establishment, while thanking all the council members present there for their support to the Association.

The meeting deliberated on the work report of the Association in the first half of 2020, approved the work plan for the second half of 2020 and other related matters, and elected the new council members by on-the-spot voting: director-general: Du Xu, General Manager of Guangdong Foodstuffs Import & Export Group Co., Ltd; Council Member Units: Guangzhou Century Zhao Ye Economic Development Co., Ltd., SNACKSCM CORPORATION LTD., Guangzhou Wakan Cold Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., Kraft Heinz (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen UNIFOCO Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Yuanshun Food Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Haitong Customs Affairs Service Co., Ltd.

Finally, the newly appointed Director-General Du Xu gave full recognition to the work of the Association in his speech and affirmed the great effort made by IFA to serve wholeheartedly for the member units as well as strengthen the power of the Association and industry influence under the current impact of COVID-19, hoping that the member enterprises may tide over the difficulties together and enjoy common development.

In the future, IFA will join hands with the council members to develop a more perfect service system to provide more in-depth services for member units.
